Whole Child Model Town Hall

Join Partnership HealthPlan of California and Alta California Regional Center for a virtual discussion town hall on Monday, December 2 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm on the Whole Child Model transition and learn more about Partnership benefits. On January 1, 2025, the Department of Health Care Services will be expanding the Whole Child Model (WCM) program to all Partnership members who are eligible for California Children’s Service (CCS). Partnership will manage both CCS-covered care and non-CCS care for those members.

Partnership HealthPlan of California serves the following counties: Colusa, Nevada Placer, Sutter, Sierra, Yolo, Yuba.
