TransparencyQuality Assessment Interviews-NCI
The California Department of Developmental Services want to hear from individuals to find out if they are satisfied with Regional center services
The State Council on Developmental Disabilities-North Coast office will be overseeing the process.
The National Core Indicators (NCI) questions address key areas of concern, including service planning, community inclusion, choice, health and safety and employment.
The interview can take place anywhere the client wishes (in their home, at work or day program, or in the community and will last approximately 45 minutes.
400 individuals, age 18 and older who live in the community or with their families, will be randomly selected to participate.
