Approved 2024-2025 Community Resource Developmental Plan Projects

Every fiscal year, the Department of Developmental Services approves a number of funded projects related to Community Placement Plan (CPP) and Community Resource Development Plan (CRDP). These funded projects are then submitted to potential providers through a Request for Proposal (RFP) who can provide services for the corresponding project.
