New Activity Chair

Alta California Regional Center and especially Jessica were such an incredible help in getting a new activity chair for my son, Nico. Jessica was responsive, caring, and very professional. My son is dependent upon his activity chair not just to participate in activities, but also for feeding. As a result, having a well-fitted chair is a safety issue for him. Once Jessica learned that he had outgrown his previous activity chair and was both extremely uncomfortable and having difficulty being fed, she was able to speed up the process in getting a new chair approved for him, and she also emailed the vendor to make sure that they would be able to deliver the activity chair in a timely manner. I couldn’t believe how fast Nico received his new activity chair! I was afraid that things would take even longer during quarantine. He is so happy with it and is so much more comfortable in his new chair. It’s a joy for me to see my child comfortable, safe, and happy. I am grateful to both the Alta California Regional Center and to Jessica for being so responsive to his needs with such a compassionate and caring manner.
