Tim

Tim began a Paid Internship Program (PIP) one year ago for Eskaton, a senior living care facility. He obtained the internship with the help of tkMomentum, a vendored provider with Alta California Regional Center. At Eskaton, Tim performs a number of jobs, including working in the kitchen for food preparation for dining hours, maintaining cleanliness of the dining hall, and providing any other needed duties like overall maintenance of the facility.

The internship provides Tim with necessary time management skills. Tim has a long-term goal to become a professional bodybuilder and is actively training for an upcoming competition. He understands he must manage his time for multiple responsibilities in his life. Tim spends several hours in the gym training and building his physique. His passion for bodybuilding started five years ago, and now he hopes to win in the upcoming competition and receive sponsorships and endorsements so he can take his bodybuilding career to the next level.

For now, Tim is satisfied with the value provided to him from his internship. He plans to continue working and training, staying focused on long-term goals.
