Minimum Wage Increase

Important: Please note that this only applies to services not a part of rate reform.

Effective January 1, 2025, the minimum wage in California will increase to $16.50 per hour in 2025 for employers. Regional center service providers that are currently paying a wage below this amount may be entitled to an increase. Please review the information below to determine the steps necessary to apply for a rate adjustment. Any questions can be sent to the minwage@altaregional.org.
